Seasonal Dockage

At the Granary Marina, we offer long-term dockage in a variety of fixed wet-slip lengths from 25 foot to 60 foot. We also have large electric boat lift slips available. No more hassle of trailering and launching at the busy ramp. Also no more expensive bottom painting! Please see the rate sheet below for details about seasonal dockage rates. Boat Lift Slips
Remote control required for boat lift slips. Lift slips are custom fitted to each vessel. Each vessel owner is required to take a brief orientation on the lift, lift operation, and the remote control.
Remote Control: $100 per remote, non-returnable & non-refundable

Electric Charges and Wi-fi
High Speed Wi-fi: Free
Each 30 Amp/120 Volt Shore Power Cord: $490 each, per season
Each 50 Amp/240 Volt shore power cord: $980 each, per season
N, O, & P Docks have limited electricity – single 30 amp receptacle shared among four slips.

Dockage Periods
Seasonal period is eight months – April 1st to November 30th.
Granary Marina closed: December, January, February, and March.
Note: The restaurant is open year-around, closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Short-Term Dockage Rates
Overnight (Daily): $2.00 per foot LOD, per day
Multi-Hull Vessels: Multi-hulls are welcome. Dockage accommodations are “beam to” on the tee-head. Standard dockage rates apply… no up-charge.

Inside Dry Parking
Vessel on Trailer: $800 per year for 30-foot or less vessels
Inquire about summer only and winter only rates. This is inside parking, no shrinkwrap is required!

Other
4 ft x 4 ft Lockers: $100 per twelve months – $50 key deposit required
Tee Head Upgrade: $100 added to seasonal dockage rate
