Boat Lifts
Remote control required for +25 foot lift slips. Lift slips are custom fitted to each vessel. A brief orientation is required of each vessel owner on how to operate the lift properly.
Remote Control: $100 per remote, non-returnable & non-refundable
Electric Charges and Wi-fi
Wi-fi: Free
Single 30 amp (120 volts) shore power cord: Free
Second 30 amp (120 volts) shore power cord: $590 each, per season
Single 50 amp (240 volts) shore power cord: $690 each, per season
N, O, & P Docks have limited electricity – single 30 amp receptacle shared between four slips.
Dockage Periods
Seasonal period is eight months – April 1st to November 30th.
Short Term Dockage Rates
Monthly: $1.25 per foot, per day
Weekly: $1.50 per foot, per day
Daily: $2.00 per foot, per day
Inside Dry Storage
Vessel on Trailer: $800 per year for 30-foot or less vessels
Empty Trailer Storage: $400 per season
Misc.
4 ft x 4 ft Storage Lockers: $100 per twelve months – $50 key deposit required
Tee Head Upgrade: $100 added to seasonal dockage rate
Multihull Rates: Multiple dockage rates by 1.5
Second Slip for Small Boat: $800 per season
